Samsung SCX-4200 3-in-1 True Multifunction Printer

I've had this all-in-one a little over a year now. I used the initial toner cartridge, and then purchased a new one. Not too long after, the printer started telling me that the toner was low. Less than a week later, it said the toner was empty. No amount of shaking the toner would help. I felt like I hadn't used anywhere near 4000 copies (1000 on the original and 3000 with the new one). I printed out a spec sheet from the printer and I had used 1184 copies total!! I called Samsung. They wanted me to fax a receipt for the new toner to them along with a copy of the spec sheet. I faxed this information 3 times and they "lost" it every time. I finally was able to upload it directly to their website with help from one of their service reps. He okay'd it and set a box for me to return mine. I promptly returned it and a month later I called to find out why I hadn't received a replacement. They suddenly found a "problem" with mine. First it was the wrong toner for my machine. Excuse me? It wouldn't fit if it was the wrong toner (a rep had entered the wrong model #). A week later, they said I had a pirated copy of the toner. What? I bought it from a reputable store and had a receipt. Two weeks later, a manager got involved. After a total of 3 months, I finally had a replacement cartridge. Too bad they sent the wrong one. I don't have the desire after fighting with them every week for 3 months to even return the cartridge for the right one. Samsung won the battle. However, I will not be buying another Samsung product. After a little research, I discovered a lot of people have horror stories about their customer service. I feel I was lucky, it was only a hundred dollar toner that I was out.
On the bright side, I never had any other problems with the copier. It made great copies and made them quickly. If I hadn't had such a problem with the toner and customer service, I probably would have rated them a 5.Get more detail about Samsung SCX-4200 3-in-1 True Multifunction Printer.
